Welcome — I'm Karentina Miles, also known as Tina Marie. A Wichita, Kansas native rooted in Texas, I get to live life on my own terms: free, learning, growing, and helping others do the same.

That's why I work as a notary one day and sit with a coaching client the next. Why I write children's books for the little ones and self-help books for the women they grow into. Why I'm building a non-profit that meets people where they are, no questions asked.
